Programme
This year’s conference theme of
‘Global Challenges for Education: Economics, Environment and
Emergency’ has attracted a record number of papers spanning a wide
range of perspectives and contexts. Once again, we have invited
colleagues to collaborate in putting together a programme of
parallel sessions based on sub-themes relating to the overall
conference theme. As a result, we are delighted to offer 14
thematic sections convened by individuals with interest and
expertise in a particular area of education and development. In
addition, we are offering 16 symposia and roundtable discussions on
specific topics to which international experts have been invited to
contribute.
At around 200 presentations in the
thematic sections and 70 in the symposia, this is the largest
programme ever offered at an UKFIET conference. Fitting all the
presentations into the limited time and space available has proved
a challenging task!
The programme has been further updated (7.9.11) amendments are
highlighted
