The Entitlement
for 3 and 4 Year Olds
All Children are entitled to access two full years of the free
early years entitlement. Children become eligible to access this
funding the term following their third birthday until the reach
statutory school age (the term following their fifth birthday).
2 Year Old Pilot
Scheme
171 places will be available in Lincolnshire for 2010/2011,
children will be offered a place based on specific government
criteria.
Single
Funding Formula
The Early Years Single Funding Formula (EYSFF aims to support a
mixed market and ensure that all settings are funded on the basis
of participation, not places.
