The Birth to Five Service is delighted to announce that at the recent Nursery World  Awards 2011,  we once again gained the Local Authority Early Years Team of the Year Award.

Oct 11 - New online A-Z of Parenting out for Parents’ Week
A new, user-friendly version of the A-Z of Parenting is available now.  The A-Z has been relaunched in time for Parents’ Week 2011, and contains links to help and advice for parents on issues ranging from toddlers to tantrums, and teenagers to truancy.

Sept 11 - Garnett Foundation - phase 4
This is due to take place in November, don't worry if you haven't completed phases 1, 2 and 3, this module is another stand alone 1 day event on "Managing Difficult Conversations" ... a subject that has arisen over the last 3 courses.  Suitable for Managers, Deputies and Supervisors who may need to use strategies for managing people.
