The Birth to Five Service Team would like to remind Private, Voluntary and Independent Settings (PVI) that it is crucial that managers telephone the Birth to Five Service office as soon as an Ofsted inspector arrives at each setting to conduct an inspection. This will enable us to organise one of our team to be present during the inspection feedback.

What is Ofsted?
