Co-ordinator, with fifteen years experience, Jill co-ordinates EYFS
welfare support for providers across the county. Qualifications
include NVQ in Early Years & Education, Adult Teaching, ICT and
Leadership and Management. Experience regarding delivering Early
Years training, the development of sustainable Children’s Centres,
leading and mentoring Childcare Teams and managing a team of
Development Officers. Jill has worked across North East
Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Lincolnshire. Particular
interests include Leadership & Management, supporting provision
for under 3s and safeguarding.

Lyn

Lyn joined the Birth to Five Service in July
2009. A teacher in the Primary Phase for 7 years in York, Leeds and
North East Lincolnshire, she has had 2 Deputy Headships and
experience as a Primary SENCO. Lyn was Head Teacher of a
Maintained Nursery School, Early Excellence Centre and Sure Start
Children’s Centre for 6 years in North East Lincolnshire and has
more recently worked in Integrated Children’s Services within
Lincolnshire County Council as a Children’s Services Team
Manager. She holds the NPQH and NPQICL.
